To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Toe mesh and cap is coming apart. Only worn during exercise at gym indoors.
If you are a size say 8 buy a size 9 1/2 it runs small esp in the toe area.
This is one of the best all around athletic style shoes I’ve ever worn, but UA does not offer it on a 2E or any other wide version. The shoe is too narrow and it also fits small to size. I’m a 12 but easily could fit in the length of a 13.
For me I thought they where really good shoes I would recommend if your having a hard time to put them on make sure to untie the laces and pull on all the layers. I have another try or pair of shoes like this and when I saw these shoes I was excited because they where very comfortable. Here are pictures of one side of my old shoe like this and the other side is the new shoe. I had the black ones for about 3 to 4 years, they never failed, the new ones feel the same, I just hope they last for awhile.
got the shoes and they are so tight they hurt to wear them.... its like they were sized wrong.... sucks cause for the money I spent on them I don't even want to wear them at all ...
Disappointed shoe runs small. Go up a full-size . If you have wide feet . I has to order a 14 I wear a 13 !
Greetings from equator I love Project rock products but I must confess that pr3 shoes are many better than pr2 and even pr1 both in comfort and in gym exercises like squats.
The best and the most comfortable trainers I have ever owned. Except for the fact that it runs small, these shoes are amazing. If have medium to wide feet, go up a size, otherwise half size up is enough. I am yet to test the durability, but hoping that I won't be disappointed.
Very disappointed that these shoes do not come in a wide size. It would be good and I bet it would sell more it it was offered.
These were my first pair of dedicated "training shoes". I am very happy with my decision. I am impressed with the looks and feel. I went a half a size up and they are still a little tight in the toe box. A full size up probably would have been an almost perfect fit. My advice is to go a half size to full size up.
