When the sun’s blazing, ordinary fabrics heat up quick, meaning you sweat harder, fatigue faster & lose focus.
Over all the Igniter 2.0 sun glasses are Meh. The lenses are just dark enough to be usable in bright sunlight. The arms of the Igniter 2.0 feel like they are made of cheap light weight plastic. The fit of them on the head is decent and they don't move around on your head. I would not buy nor suggest these to anyone.
The rubber on the plastic frame will get extremely sticky then break apart and then you will be left with basically junk frames.
When they were brand new, they were great, fit comfortably, never fogged great for everything you would think you would need out of outdoor glasses. About a year after having them, all the rubber is breaking down and tearing, the "anti-fog" i gone, i tried to get some and it wouldn't take to the glasses, the case is falling apart. This was a bit of a let down over all, i like under Armour and after my Oakley's broke, after having them for 5 years, i though i would try under Armour.
My wife bought me these for Christmas. I love them and used to wear them every day. The nosepiece has fallen apart and I can no longer wear them. Was thinking of buying another pair but a bit hesitant. Very comfortable though. I miss them.
I went in the UA outlet storm not intending to purchase sunglasses on vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN. I saw the glasses on and they seem to fit perfect. The lady at the service desk explained that they have a lifetime warranty and I was amazed due to I thought they were very highly priced. However, they were very clear and fit very well. So I went on shopping and decide to purchase the glasses they are awesome so far only had them for two days but so far I am a fan of them. Hope they hold up. If they do I will definitely purchase another pair.
These sunglasses are great. I was surprised to see that the frame itself is a bendable rubber where they go over the ears. This makes for a comfortable fit. As an added bonus, it turned out that they were a WWP edition which isn't shown on the website. I'm not sure if everyone gets that but I'm not complaining! I just hope the nose piece holds up based on the other reviews. See attached pics.
I bought this pair 2 years ago, they fit great, looked good and the price was right. The nose piece was rubber so after using them everyday for multiple uses such as grass cutting and landscaping, fishing and hunting wearing them around the firehouse they started to wear down and was sent a replacement nose piece. Here recently the frames started to wear down more specifically the arms would not tighten anymore. The lenses started to fade along the edges. I did send them back and was issued a e-gift card after 2 years. The customer service was good and the turn around to get the e-card was only about 1.5 wks. I will probably purchase the same pair in hopes they last longer.
I bought these to replace some other sunglasses love the clarity comfort and fit while I fish all day
I've been an avid Oakley wearer for a few years now and really enjoy their sportier sunglasses that are similar to the Igniter 2.0's. That said, the price point of the Igniters was much more appealing than Oakley's (especially polarized versions) and so I gave them a shot. Unfortunately they are a bit small for my head, but I do have a larger-than-average sized head. After wearing them for a few hours I got a headache and sunglass arm imprints on my temples. I ended up trading them in for a larger pair dubbed UA Fire. Hopefully an "XL" version of these Igniters will come out in the future? ;)
As the gentleman above me posted, I have had these for over two years. I'm very impressed with these glasses and they are constantly my go to. However, over time the nose peices tend to break down after constant use. I love these glasses and have had them for over two years, is there any way to replace the nose peice? I saw another post about them and they were suggested to return them, is that viable after two years?
