To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I am a 10.5 U.K. size and Nike fit perfectly, but I had to exchange for a half size up after which fit was fine, so please bear in mind, as that was an inauspicious start.
The shoe is light and comfortable but no more so than Nike Freerunners which have been my running shoe of choice for many years.
The reason I was excited to purchase this shoe and break my Nike habit was the ability to access running data from the Bluetooth chip in the right shoe as I am trying to increase my 5k speed - but frankly it has caused me more pain than joy.
It uses MapMyRun but despite you thinking it connects - sometimes it does; most often it doesn’t. I found I had to delete the app and reload it new every time before every run to stand a chance of working - but on doing this yesterday - it still didn’t work, which has led to me writing this review.
I have to say - when it does work the data is brilliant in helping with cadence; angle of footfall etc but I have now given up on it because frankly the uncertainty is actually spoiling my runs. UA need to sort this out.
So - if you want what they describe as a ‘performance shoe’ yes I think it does help propel you forward a bit but I find Nike Freerunners more comfortable and flexible in the sole.
Buy it for the shoe and not the tech is my biggest piece of advice, as the tech is unreliable; does not sync and simply doesn’t work.
(I hasten to add - I have the most up to date iPhone 12 Pro so it is not the hardware, which works brilliantly with all other Bluetooth connected apps.)
Sorry UA but this has totally put me off developing a new relationship with your shoes, after my leap of faith away from Nike. It’s back to Nike I go, with races coming up soon, despite the fact that I would have LOVED to have seen my race data.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sneaker is one of my favorite running shoes I’ve ever worn. As a flat footed person I felt the sole instantly conform to my feet. My body feels good after runs.
It's a very good product by Under Armour. The feel of the shoe is very different than the others I have. It is very light and comfortable. Would love to purchase something like this in the future too. Good Job UA!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gear always keeps a cold feeling and I never feel hot during my workouts. It’s very streamlined and fits great!
The Venom Red colorway doesn't look like the picture at all. The heal material and the tongue are slightly orange and the most disappointing thing is that the midsole is a iridescent pink color. The pink stands out alot. I love the shoes fit and performance but, the colorway is just a bad in person.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Running in downtown Los Angeles you get used to running the hills that are hidden within the towering buildings. However, your shoes after so many miles tend to remind you. These felt so light and made hill repeats something that I wanted to push for rather than throw my hands up. Also great in helping on the negative split training.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually a stickler when it comes to my running shoes because I need the shoe to perform with me and not work against me. I found that the UA Flow Velociti Wind are the best quick response, lightweight running shoe on the market! For anyone who actively runs and is looking for a shoe that will enhance your running abilities, I would recommend giving these a try. There’s not doubt in my mind that you’ll most likely buy another pair because they are just that good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe is phenomenal. The design encourages a mid foot strike for running while providing cushion for longer runs. Phenomenal shoe design I literally feel like I am flowing.
Love these shoes so far. I’ve been wearing them on 3-5 mile days and have put 25-30 miles on them.
The shoes are really light and you can feel the difference if, like me, you alternate with another heavier shoe (infinites in my case). I was worried there wouldn’t be enough support or would feel sloppy but I’ve been pleasantly surprised as I haven’t had any issues with the support. Initially I thought these would only be short-mid distance shoes, but they feel so good I’m going to start giving them a go on progressively longer runs.
Performance-wise i’d definitely give these a 5/5. Best UA running shoe so far.
Only critique is that you definitely have to go up a half size. I’m a 10.5 in other UA run shoes and I wear an 11 in these.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good fit and runs true to size. Extremely light making strides quick with a fast response from the ground. Not best suited for cutting but great for runs, sprints and hit workouts.
