To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Very clever little chip in the right shoe. It knows the runs I want to track and distinguishes the difference between them and when I break into a jog because I'm running late for Parkrun. My shoe tracked times are consistently 10 - 12 seconds faster than my official Parkrun time and a little under the 5km distance. As I understand it, this is because the first 10 seconds aren't counted. Knowing this means I can make the adjustment to predict my official times pretty accurately.
It's a good-looking shoe. Good grippy sole for outdoor terrain. The only negative is that I find the fit more snug than previous Under Armour trainers. I have to wear a much thinner sock to achieve the same comfort fit but even then I wouldn't feel confident to run distances much over 5km as the fit over the toes doesn't allow room for heat expansion. I would be at risk of losing the odd toe nail in them.
I bought these shoes and right out of the box, they're extremely comfortable. They fit fine (true to size) and I look forward to wearing them to walk, run or at the gym. Bonus feature - I have an on again / off again issue with my left achilles and while walking in these, they give enough support that I'm not having issues. I am actually thinking of buying a second pair in a different color because they're that good.
